Wednesday, February 10: Lemon pepper fish, baby red potatoes, Caribbean vegetables, quinoa vegetable salad and fruit

Friday, February 12: Pulled pork with barbecue, brown rice, cabbage kale slaw, garden salad and tropical fruit

Wednesday, February 17: Barbecue chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, peas and carrots, garden salad and fresh fruit

Friday, February 19: French dip au jus sandwich, roasted potatoes, coleslaw and raspberry sherbet

Wednesday, February 24: Beef Stroganoff with pasta, Brussels sprouts, garden salad and fruit

Friday, February 26: Taco salad, cornbread and orange wedges
