Wednesday, July 12: Barbecue chicken, roast sweet potato, Brussels sprouts, garden salad and fruit cocktail

Friday, July 14: Baked cod, wild rice pilaf, Capri vegetables, garden salad and coconut fruit salad.

Wednesday, July 19: Roast beef with mashed potatoes, steamed carrots, garden salad and peach crisp

Friday, July 21: Cabbage rolls, roast yam, vegetables, garden salad and fruit

Wednesday, July 26: Chef salad with ham, breadstick and fresh melon

Friday, July 28: Chicken cordon bleu, scalloped potato, Caribbean vegetables, garden salad and fruit
