Wednesday, October 4: Shrimp salad, oatmeal bread and fresh fruit

Friday, October 6: Beef stew with garden vegetables, mixed green salad, biscuits and sliced apples

Wednesday, October 11: Barbeque chicken, potatoes colcannon, sweet peas, garden salad and fruit

Friday, October 13: Beef stew with garden vegetables, mixed green salad, biscuits and sliced apples

Wednesday, October 18: Roast beef, mashed potatoes and gravy, baby carrots, garden salad and raspberry sherbet

Friday, October 20: Salmon filet, wild rice pilaf, green beans, garden salad and fruit

Wednesday, October 25: Swedish meatballs over egg noodles, green beans, garden salad and fruit

Friday, October 27: Pub style fish and chips, dill carrots, coleslaw, garden salad and fruit.
