Wednesday, July 3: Cheeseburger on multi-grain bun, potato wedges, garden salad and strawberry shortcake.

Friday, July 5: Baked cod, wild rice pilaf, green beans, garden salad and fresh grapes.

Wednesday, July 10: Swedish style meatballs, over egg noodles, green beans, spinach salad and fruit.

Friday, July 12: Smothered pork, chops with mushrooms and onions, baked potato, garden salad and apple crisp.

Wednesday, July 17: BBQ pulled pork, brown rice, crinkle cut carrots, pineapple coleslaw and fruit.

Friday, July 19: Ham with pineapple, roasted sweet potato, Nantucket veggies, garden salad and fruit.

Wednesday, July 24: Beer brats with red sauerkraut, roasted potatoes, garden salad and fresh apple slices.

Friday, July 26: Turkey and cranberry, mashed potatoes and gravy, chef’s veggies and fruit.

Wednesday, July 31: Herb roasted chicken, rainbow potatoes, garden salad and banana.
