Jamboree On March 15-17, the scouts and leaders
of 12th Central Surrey Scout Troop held their first Mini International
Scout Jamboree at Lighthouse Marine Park.
District snags low interest loan
The Point Roberts water district won preferential loan status
with the state drinking water revolving fund, allowing the
district to borrow $400,000 for system improvements at rock
bottom interest rates..
More fun times! On April 19
at 6 p.m. at the community center, Point Roberts Girl Scouts
host their second annual cake walk and auction featuring guest
auctioneer Brian Crossen. Dozens and dozens of delicious cakes
will be available to win at only 25 cents a ticket. Old fashioned
fun at old fashioned prices!

Chamber of Commerce spring social is being held April 20 at
Point Roberts Marina so attire is semi-formal. We anticipate
lots of dancing to the tunes of our live band, back by popular
demand, The Reflections after our sit down, white linen dinner,
