SHERIFF'S REPORT

July 23: WCSO responded to a report of a noise complaint in the 100 block of Mill Road. Deputies contacted the individual, who said she was hosting a small party. She was advised of the noise complaint and she said that she would keep the noise level down.
July 21: WCSO responded to the 500 block of South Beach Road for a verbal domestic. A male and female were arguing when the stepson called 911. When deputies arrived the male had packed his bags and was leaving. No further action was taken.
July 21: WCSO responded to the report of a verbal domestic at Quebec Way. Deputies spoke to the individual who reported having problems with her friend who had been drinking. Deputies spoke with both parties and determined that the incident was verbal only.
July 20: WCSO responded to a report of a trespass in the 300 block of West Bluff Road. Complainant requested deputies contact the individual and verbally trespass him from using a private beach access. Deputies contacted the individual and gave him the trespass warning. He said he understood.
July 17: WCSO responded to a report of a burglary in the 1500 block of Churchill Drive. Complainant said he returned to his cottage to find several household items missing. Complainant said he had suspect information. Deputies were not able to locate suspects for contact. It was estimated that items stolen were valued at $440.
July 17: WCSO responded to a death investigation in the 1900 block of A.P.A. Road. Deputies conducted an investigation and determined the death to be of natural causes. Individual was released to a local funeral home.
July 15: WCSO responded to the report of a neighborhood dispute in the 300 block of Marine Drive. Complainant said his neighbor took firewood off his property without permission. Deputies spoke with all parties involved and determined the incident was part of an ongoing civil dispute and found no probable cause to make an arrest for theft.
July 13: WCSO responded to a report of a disorderly person in the 700 block of Simundson Drive. Deputies contacted complainant who requested two guests be trespassed from the property. Deputies advised the guests of the trespass and they agreed to move on with no further problems.
July 13: WCSO contacted an individual in the 300 block of Tyee Drive on a routine traffic stop and found him to be under the influence of alcohol. The individual was arrested for driving under the influence, minor in possession of alcohol by consumption, and driving with license suspended, 2nd. Individual was cited and released.
July 12: WCSO responded to the 2100 block of Garth Road to assist the Lummi Cultural Department. Ancestral remains were found that could possibly be Native American. Report filed for informational purposes only.
July 8: WCSO responded to the report of a neighborhood dispute in the 300 block of West Bluff Road. Complainant advised that he had ongoing problems with a property dispute. Complainant sent a letter to WCSO and requested an informational report be taken on the ongoing dispute.
July 7: WCSO responded to a report of vandalism in the 300 block of West Bluff Road. Complainant said someone cut down part of his fence. He said the incident was part of an ongoing property dispute and said he did not have suspect information.
July 6: WCSO responded to the report of a theft in the 600 block of Crystal Beach Road. Complainant said a credit card was taken out of his unsecured vehicle. He said the card was then used at several locations in Canada. He did not have specific suspect information.
June 30: WCSO responded to a report of a possible accident at A.P.A. Road and Simundson Drive. Deputies contacted an individual who said he had driven over a traffic counting hose which popped his front tire. He requested an information report taken. The individual said he did not believe there was much damage to his tire.
June 28: WCSO responded to the report of a suspicious circumstance in the 1400 block of Gulf Road. Complainant reported someone left a threatening message on a chalkboard. There was no specific suspect information and requested an information report be taken...
