SHERIFF'S REPORT

May 26:
WCSO deputies responded to an assault report in the 400 block of Tyee Drive. Deputies contacted both parties involved and arrested suspect for Assault 4th and Malicious Mischief. He was cited and released.

May 24:
WCSO deputies stopped a vehicle in the 300 block of Tyee Drive for speeding. Deputies discovered the driver was intoxicated. Deputies arrested suspect for DUI and he was released to a sober driver.

May 18:
WCSO deputies observed an abandoned vehicle in the 1500 block of Johnson Road. The vehicle was tagged as abandoned and deputies were unable to contact the registered owner.

May 18:
WCSO deputies contacted an intoxicated juvenile in the 80 block of Derby Road. Deputies placed the juvenile under arrest for Minor in Possession and released him to his parents.

May 14:
WCSO deputies responded to Tyee Drive for a report of an impaired driver. Deputies contacted the driver of the vehicle and he was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was cited and released.

May 14:
WCSO deputies responded to Derby Road for a suicidal person. A male was upset about an earlier arrest for DUI. The male hooked up a hose from the tail pipe of his car to the window of his car. When he was found, the vehicle was running and he appeared to have passed out. The male was taken into protective custody and transported to the E.R. for a mental health evaluation.

May 13:
WCSO deputies responded to an alarm in the 1300 block of Gulf Road. Upon arrival, deputies discovered an open door and checked the building. The owner arrived and was given false alarm notification. Owner stated nothing was missing and secured the building.

May 10:
WCSO deputies contacted subject staggering in the 1500 block of Gulf Road. Deputies determined the subject to be under 21-years-old and intoxicated. Deputies arrested the juvenile, cited him and released him.

May 10:
WCSO deputies responded to the 2000 block of Whalen Drive for a 911 hang-up call. Deputies contacted a male and it was discovered that he had assaulted his wife. The male was arrested for Assault 4th D.V. He was transported to the WCSO jail by the Coast Guard and booked for the assault. The female did not have any visible injuries.

May 3:
WCSO deputies contacted subject at a traffic stop in the 200 block of Tyee Drive and discovered he had consumed alcohol and he was under age. Subject was arrested for Minor in Possession by Consumption. He was cited and released.

May 2:
WCSO contacted an intoxicated juvenile male in the 200 block of Tyee Drive. The subject was arrested and released to a sober adult.

May 2:
WCSO contacted subject on Gulf and Julius roads for a traffic infraction. The driver was found to be under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested, cited and released.

April 27:
WCSO stopped a vehicle in the 50 block of Tyee Drive for a traffic infraction. The male driver was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. The driver was cited and released.

April 26:
A male subject was contacted in the 50 block of Tyee Drive. He was found to be driving with canceled license plates. He was cited and released.

April 23:
The manager of the Point Roberts golf course contacted WCSO for a trespass report. He reported a golfer was acting aggressive towards his employees. He asked that the golfer be trespassed from the course. The golfer was gone before deputies could contact him. The manager was told to call 911 if the golfer returned.
