SHERIFF'S REPORT
April
19:
WCSO responded to the 1550 block of Panorama Drive for a verbal
domestic report. Deputies contacted a husband and wife who were
visibly intoxicated. The two were uncooperative and said the argument
was verbal only. No assault occurred.
April
18:
Suspect was contacted in the 1500 block of Gulf Road and found
to have a warrant from the Seattle police department for failure
to appear on a DUI. Suspect was transported to the WCSO jail by
the U.S. coast guard and booked.
April
18:
WCSO responded to the 1600 block of Edwards Drive for a burglary
report. Sometime between April 12 and 18, unknown suspects entered
the residence and took several items. There are no suspects or
leads at this time.
April
13:
WCSO deputies investigated a hit and run collision in the 600
block of South Beach Road. Deputies located and arrested the driver
of the suspect vehicle.
April
10:
WCSO deputies responded to the 100 block of Marine Drive to a
report of vandalism. The reporting party stated he did not want
to pursue charges, but he wanted the four juvenile males trespassed
from the business.
April
1:
WCSO deputies responded to a burglary in the 1300 block of Gulf
Road. Complainant stated that $2,424 in cash was stolen from inside
the business. The business had been locked and there were no signs
of forced entry. Complainant did not have any suspect information.
March
28:
WCSO responded to the 1400 block of Rex Road for a female shooting
a pistol in a densely populated area. The female was gone before
deputies arrived. The female was later located and arrested for
alien in possession of a firearm and reckless endangerment. She
was transported to Whatcom county jail by the U.S. coast guard.
