SHERIFF'S REPORT

May 23:
WCSO deputies stopped a speeding vehicle on Boundary Bay Road and arrested the driver for DUI. The driver was cited and released.

May 23:
WCSO responded to a report of a violation of a no contact order. A female was contacted and told deputies the violation was occurring by phone. A report was taken and forwarded to Bellingham for follow-up.

May 21:
WCSO deputies responded to the 100 block of Claire Lane for a juvenile male trespassing in the property owner’s condemned building. Deputies took the juvenile male into custody and released him to his parents. The property owner declined to pursue criminal charges, but asked to have the juvenile trespassed.

May 19:
WCSO deputies responded to a domestic in the 100 block of Mill Road. Deputies arrested suspect for malicious mischief 3rd. Suspect was cited and released.

May 8:
WCSO deputies took a report of a theft in the 700 block of Simundson Drive. Estimated stolen amount, $2,500; damage, $200.

May 3:
WCSO contacted a juvenile male on Tyee Drive. The juvenile had a felony warrant for conspiracy to deliver marijuana, $25,000 bail. The juvenile was transported to juvenile detention and booked for the warrant.

May 2:
WCSO responded to the 1800 block of Province Road for a vandalism report. A juvenile male shot several houses and cars with a paintball gun. One of the residents saw the juvenile and recognized him. The juvenile was arrested and released to his mother.
