Three judges, Joyce Kiniski, l., Jeanette Meursing and Julie Iddon have been chosen for the Tall Tales Contest, March 20 at the community center. An all-woman panel was chosen because women have the most experience listening to tall tales. The judges are all members of the Red Hat Society.

Tree, archaeological rules to be reviewed
Almost 200 people signed a petition that has spurred county council to look at revising, or eliminating, tree retention rules for Point Roberts.
