No ballot changes in county

The recent ruling by Federal Court Judge Thomas Zilly against Washington’s top two primary law will not impact the 2005 primary election in Whatcom County.

All races currently up for election in Whatcom County are nonpartisan and Whatcom County voters will receive only one ballot for voting in the 2005 primary election on September 20.
