Need help with your energy bill?

The Opportunity Council’s energy assistance program will be open Saturday, November 5, from 8 a.m. – noon for people to call and schedule appointments for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP). The number to call is 360/255-2192 for scheduling information.

Appointments for LIHEAP grants are available on a first-come, first-serve basis to provide help with heat and energy bills. This applies to income-eligible clients who heat with electric, natural gas, propane, wood, oil, etc. Scheduling begins at 8 a.m. and the number of appointments available for walk-ins will be limited.
