Fire district looking for a few good men and women
With less than 20 volunteers taking on the task of putting out fires and responding to medical emergencies on the Point, fire chief Bill Skinner would like to see more community members take on the task.
District manager feeling optimistic on water supply issues
Point Roberts water district manager Dan Bourks is feeling optimistic after a meeting with state department of health officials to see if the district can grant more water connections without getting more water.
