SHERIFF'S REPORT

August 20: A homeowner in the 1700 block of Province Road asked that a male be trespassed from her residence. The male was contacted and given a trespass warning.

August 18: WCSO responded to the 1700 block of Province Road for a person with mental problems. The male was off his medication and went to the referenced location. The incident was resolved without confrontation.

August 16: WCSO responded to the 700 block of Paul’s Road to assist Blaine police department with a theft investigation. Deputies took witness statements and the report was forwarded to the Blaine police department.

August 3: WCSO deputies responded to the report of a domestic disturbance in the 2000 block of APA Road. Deputies determined no threats or assaults had occurred.

July 27: A male reported the theft of a boat motor from the 300 block of Tyee Drive. There are no suspects or leads. The victim was given a case number for insurance purposes. Estimated loss is $2,500.

July 29: WCSO responded to the 1400 block of Peltier Drive for a domestic disturbance. Deputies contacted the reporting party and determined a domestic assault had occurred. Deputies later located suspect and placed him under arrest for assault fourth and malicious harassment. Suspect was booked into Whatcom County Jail.

July 28: WCSO responded to a report of a physical domestic in the 100 block of Diane Circle. Deputies contacted two people fighting in the street. Deputies developed probable cause to arrest suspect for assault fourth. Suspect was transported to Whatcom County Jail and booked.
