SHERIFF'S REPORT
July 19:
WCSO deputies responded to Alder Street and Limerick Avenue
to a report of neighbors dumping yard waste on the reporting
party’s
vacant lot. The reporting party wanted the neighbor trespassed
and remove the debris from the yard. They did not want to pursue
charges for littering. The neighbor was informed he may be
arrested for trespassing if he returned. The suspect stated
that he understood and would comply.
July 15:
WCSO deputy contacted an adult female victim of a theft in
the 1900 block of Sanders Court. An unknown subject stole the
victim’s 2004 Kawasaki
110 motorcycle, valued at $1,500. The motorcycle was stored
in the backyard of the location. The investigation is ongoing.

15: WCSO deputy contacted an adult male victim of a theft
in the 1400 block of Churchill Drive. A package that was left
by U.S. Postal Service at the residence was stolen prior
to the victim returning home to collect it. The value of the
package was $80. No suspects have been identified.
July
15: WCSO deputy stopped a vehicle for speeding in the 500 block
of Tyee Drive. The adult male driver was found to be intoxicated.
He was arrested for DUI, processed, cited, then released.
July
12: WCSO deputy contacted an adult female victim of a credit
card fraud. An unknown subject re-opened a credit card in
the victim’s name and used it to charge $185.40 in purchases
at a department store in California. It is unknown how
the suspect obtained the victim’s credit card information.
No suspect has been identified.
July 10:
A WCSO deputy responded to the 1900 block of Roosevelt Drive
for a malicious mischief at a work site. An adult male performing
at a job site was having problems with an adult male he had
hired to assist him. The employee had broken $1,200 in vinyl
windows during an anger outburst. At this time, the employer
did not want to pursue charges against the employee. The employee
was asked to leave the work site and he complied.
July 3:
WCSO deputy responded to a trespass complaint in the 300 block
of Boundary Bay Road. An adult male approached a juvenile female
and followed her into her residence. The male and female
knew one another and the male was told to stay out of the residence.
No other crime occurred while he was at the residence. The
suspect fled the scene prior to the deputy’s arrival.
The suspect was later located and cited for criminal trespass,
first degree.
June 30:
WCSO deputies took a report of mailbox vandalism in the 100
block of Boundary Bay Road. The reporting party did not have
any suspect information and advised he would pursue charges
if any suspects were identified. Deputies advised they would
do extra patrols of the area.
