SHERIFF'S REPORT

December 11: WCSO responded to the 2000 block of APA Road to an audible alarm. Deputies contacted an adult female at the residence. She advised she was the property owner and her husband had changed the locks and alarm code while she was out of town. Female stated they were going through a divorce but both of them still owned the property together. The husband was contacted and requested his wife be removed from the property. Deputies informed the man that it was community property and he could not have her removed.

December 2: WCSO deputies took a report of a burglary in the 1300 block of Gulf Road. Deputies located evidence at the scene and are currently investigating several possible leads. Amount stolen was $92; estimated damage was $1,400.

November 30: WCSO deputies took a report of a vandalism in the 400 block of Georgia Way. Estimated damage: $120.

November 26: WCSO deputies received a report from Canada Customs that two Canadian citizens had made entry into Canada from Point Roberts with two computers. Canadian customs stated the two adult males confessed to stealing the computers from the 100 block of Tyee Drive. Deputies contacted the property owner, who did not want to pursue criminal charges.

November 17: WCSO deputies responded to a neighborhood dispute in the 1400 block of Gulf Road. Two adult males had an argument about trespassing and assaulted each other. Both parties did not want to pursue charges and were instructed not to have any further contact with each other. Deputies instructed both parties to obtain anti harassment orders if the problem continued.
