Under
new management...
By Meg Olson
Under new
ownership, one of the Point’s
few commercial buildings is getting a facelift and looking
for businesses to move in.
“It’s
open, it’s
available and it’s fresh,” said
new owner Adam Silver who bought the 1480 Gulf Road property
from Sam Miller last September. Silver and wife Rena Andreoli
have put in new carpet, new vinyl flooring, new lighting and
fresh paint throughout the building.
Downstairs
Silver is looking for a tenant for the 2,400 square foot space
that was previously the warehouse for a parcel service. Triple
M Realty continues to occupy the officespace at the front of
the building. “This
space is available for anyone’s
business, whether that’s retail or shipping again or
warehouse,” he
said. “It could make sense to companies in Canada who
need to operate in the states.”
Upstairs
the building has eight individual offices and Silver said five
are available, at negotiable rents. The building’s
large parking lot is also available for short or long term
parking and recreational vehicle
storage.
