New
guru...
Point Roberts
has a new computer guru with a passion for helping people tackle
their own computer problems.
“I
do love to teach,” said
Ingrida Grossman, a two year Point Roberts resident who opened
Point Roberts Computer Services in July. “I want to
work not only with the computers and networks but with the
people so they understand and maybe do it themselves next
time.”
Grossman
earned a master’s degree in information
systems from the University of Colorado in 2000, and has
since worked as a consultant and web-site designer. She
designed her own website to market a specialty line of collegiate
and National Hockey League bug shields for trucks – www.kindacoolstuff.com.
With
her new Point Roberts business Grossman is looking for
a more personal touch, and a chance to meet new people. “I
just love working with people,” she said. She will
provide on-site computer troubleshooting, installation
of everything from software to networks, and training.
She will also provide on-site or telephone troubleshooting
support.
To contact
Grossman, call 945-5120 or email ingrida@pointbob.net.
