SHERIFF'S REPORT
December
1: A WCSO deputy took a report of lost property from an adult
male victim in the 1500 block of Harbor Seal Drive. The victim
was traveling in India where he lost his wallet which contained
several documents with personal information that could be used
for fraudulent purposes. Items included a Washington state
driver’s license and two
birth certificates.
December
1: Deputies responded to a business in the 400 block of Tyee
Drive for a theft report. Employees of the business witnessed
juveniles stealing from the store. Employees do not want to
pursue criminal charges but wanted both juveniles trespassed
from the business. Both juveniles were trespassed and released
to their parents. The juveniles and parents were aware of the
trespassed provisions.

27: A WCSO deputy responded to the 1400 block of Gulf Road
for a possible no-contact order violation. Upon investigation
it was discovered that an adult male was at the location in
violation of the order. The adult female victim of the violation
was also at the location. The adult male was arrested and later
transported to the Whatcom County jail via U.S. Coast Guard
boat.
November
21: Deputies took a report of a hit and run in the 400 block
of Tyee Drive that caused $1,500 in damage. The reporting party
advised the vehicle was legally parked and unoccupied. The
reporting party did not have any suspect information.

17: WCSO deputies took a report of a hit and run at the 1300
block of Gulf Road. The reporting party advised she did not
have any suspect information. Deputies located white paint
transfer on the reporting party’s bumper. The reporting
party’s vehicle was parked and unoccupied at the
time of the collision.

17: Deputies took a report of a theft of a plastic paddle boat
valued at $800 from the 1400 block of Edwards Drive. The reporting
party did not have any suspect information.
