SHERIFF'S REPORT
June 24:
A WCSO deputy responded to a report of an adult male subject
who spoke with a juvenile female employee in the 400 block
of Tyee Drive. He gave his business card to the female and
asked her to call him if she ever goes into Canada, so that
they could meet. The deputy contacted the male subject about
the inappropriate behavior and he claimed to not be aware of
the age difference and would not contact the female again.
The subject’s behavior did not amount to
criminal conduct.
June 17:
Deputies responded to a domestic report in the 1700 block of
Benson Road. Deputies investigated the incident and determined
there was no probable to arrest.
May 29:
An adult male in the 1900 block of North Cedar Park Drive reported
having found a blue portable DVD player in his stepson’s
room and knew that it did not belong to him. His stepson
had been arrested for residential burglary earlier in the day.
The property was not identified as stolen property and was
taken as found property for safekeeping.
May 29:
WCSO deputies responded to a reported domestic dispute between
an adult male and his adult female girlfriend in the 1500 block
of Gulf Road. Upon arrival it was determined that the dispute
was verbal only and no evidence existed to the contrary.

26: A WCSO deputy responded to a residential burglary in
the 200 block of Windsor Drive. A juvenile male entered the
home through a dog door, went through the residence and fled
without taking anything. The subject was identified and later
arrested for the burglary. The juvenile was later booked into
Whatcom County Juvenile Detention Center via the U.S. Coast
Guard.
May 26:
A deputy responded to the 1600 block of Seymour Place for a
theft report. An individual reported items stolen from his
residence and had possible suspect information. The case is
being investigated.
