2010 – 11 School Budget Development Forums: March 8, 6:30 p.m. Blaine school district board room, 765 H Street, Blaine. The purpose of this activity will be to share information specific to projected program revenue deficits. The community is invited. A follow up forum will be held April 12.
Steve Furno’s CD Launch and Performance: March 12, 8:30 p.m. Bloom Restaurant, 1320 Cornwall Avenue, Bellingham. Admission, $3, 18 and over.
Trinity Church Chamber Series: Saturday, March 20, 7 pm, Natasha Neufeld and her choir will perform along with Jonathan Quick, conductor of the Welshmen’s Choir. Saturday, March 27, 7 p.m., soprano Margaret Behenna and pianist Susan Edwards performance. Included in the program are three Bach arias accompanied by the oboe.
"Eyes of the Innocent" Art Show: March 20, 6:30 – 8:30 p.m. at the Marina Club. Featuring the artwork of the students of Point Roberts Primary. Eddie Buendia and the Point Roberts Arts Foundation have sponsored a workshop producing amazing original pieces of art. All artwork is for sale, donations are welcome.

Dollars for Scholars Benefit Dinner: Saturday, March 27. Doors open at 5:30 p.m., dinner served from 6 – 7 p.m. Salad, choice of filet of beef or sautéed scallops and prawns and pecan pie. Free Taxi Ride to Bellingham: Every Tuesday. Available to all ages. Home pick up. Call 360/676-7433 one to seven days before your trip. Depart and pick-up at the Cordata Station. At the station you can ride a bus for 75 cents, 35 cents for seniors (65), children under eight years and adults over 80 years ride free. For more info, call Elizabeth at 945-1640.

Free Drop-in Playschool: Every Tuesday and Friday from 10 –11 a.m. for ages 0-5 at Point Roberts primary school gym. Come romp around out of the rain!
