Dean Edward McIntyre

Dean Edward McIntyre, 64, of Point Roberts, passed away suddenly on Friday, November 13, 2015 at his winter home in Jensen Beach, Florida.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, he had been a winter resident of Jensen Beach for the last four years, escaping the Washington state winters.
A steamfitter/pipe fitter by trade he was a member of Union Local #636 in Detroit for many years.
Dean was a friend of “Bill W” for more than 20 years, active in the clubs in British Columbia.
Survivors include his companion, good friend and former wife of 13 years, Philomena M. Mulligan-McIntyre of Point Roberts and Jensen Beach; children, Paul, Deirdre and Sean; daughters-in-law Jennifer and Linda; son-in-law Jay; grandchildren Riley, Paul Jr., Maren and Josilyn; his Maltese “Tippy” and his many friends in AA.
Services to celebrate his life will be held in Florida and Washington and will be announced at a later date.
