Download a power outage app from PSE

Posted

Puget Sound Energy (PSE) is taking their service into the digital age by introducing an app to monitor power outages.

The myPSE app lets users report power outages directly to PSE. Even if power has been cut from a customer’s home or business, they can still use the app to report the outage and get the information they need.

The free app also lets customers view an area outage map, get estimated power restoration times, see the number of customers affected by the outage in a given area and report any natural gas emergencies.

Customers can sync their account information to the app and log in using their account information. Outages can still be reported by calling 888/225-5773, or by visiting pse.com. PSE reminds customer to immediately call 911 for downed power lines, and do not approach the line under any circumstance.

The myPSE app is available now for most web-enabled smartphones, and is accessible around the clock. It can be found on Apple, Android or Windows app stores by searching “PSE” or “myPSE.”

For more information, visit pse.com.
