Circle of Care AGM

Posted

Point Roberts Circle of Care held their annual general meeting on April 16 to a full house at the Point Roberts fire hall. In addition to giving their report on 2022, Bill Zidel reported that the Circle of Care bus will soon start regular service to Bellingham for residents every Thursday. A special introduction was given by video to Dr. John Anwar who will be available to make house calls in Point Roberts one week a month. Since fundraising is the major support for Circle of Care, Annelle Norman encouraged attendees to buy tickets for the Wine and Chocolate Tasting this coming Saturday, April 22 at Trinity Church Hall from 6:30-9 p.m. A 1970s sing-along will be led by Savilla Kress and many silent auction items will be available. For tickets or information, email prcircleofcare@gmail.com.
