Vanessa Prestage and Shaune Ann Feuz are teaming up to provide a menu of services for the home.

Prestage describes their new business, Lucky House, as a concierge service. “There are a lot of situations here where we see a demand,” she said, from the elderly or disabled who need a hand, to seasonal residents. “People might enjoy coming here and having their homes ready for them so they can enjoy their properties and enjoy Point Roberts.”

Prestage has 15 years in the hospitality industry, including restaurant management and the cruise industry. Feuz has a background in interior design with a focus on Feng Shui philosophy, and room staging for real estate companies. “We have varied backgrounds but they seem to work well together,” Prestage said.
