About

All Point Bulletin is published monthly by Daffodil Press LLC.

Daffodil Press is currently publishing the former Point Roberts Press, Inc. newspapers and magazines during their transition from privately owned, for-profit publications to a new community-defined model. This transition reflects a shift toward long-term sustainability, local stewardship, and community-supported journalism.

Originally established in 1985 and locally owned, Point Roberts Press built a strong reputation for serving northwest Washington and the lower mainland of British Columbia. From its waterfront offices in Blaine, Washington, the company has published two community newspapers, an outdoor adventure magazine, a summer tourist guide, a wedding guide, specialty maps, and digital platforms. The publications are well known for cross-border marketing and distribution expertise.

What has long distinguished these publications is their commitment to high-quality local journalism. The newspapers provide readers with a superior blend of coverage — including local government, schools, community affairs, and general interest stories — supported by strong photography and thoughtful reporting. The mission remains consistent: to serve as a trusted provider of news, information, and advertising for the communities these publications reach, whether defined geographically or by shared interests.

Strategic and intelligently researched distribution ensures these publications reach targeted audiences effectively. The Northern Light and All Point Bulletin are unique among Whatcom County newspapers in that they are mailed to every home within their respective ZIP codes, in addition to free bulk distribution. This model offers advertisers comprehensive market saturation, ensuring their message reaches and resonates with the full community.

Under Daffodil Press, these publications continue their legacy of strong local journalism while evolving toward a community-centered future.
