Auntie Pam’s Country Store held a Christmas Cookie Contest on December 17 to raise funds for the Point Roberts Food Bank. Of 18 cookie entries, Sue Johnson’s ginger snaps won first place – dinner at Compass Rose Bar & Grill. Second and third place Auntie Pam gift certificates went to Gillian Tennock (raw coconut balls) and Laura Rossy (crunchy oatmeal cookies) respectively.
