The Point Roberts Chamber of Commerce held a lively and successful annual general meeting on November 13 at the Pier Restaurant. The chamber is making a concerted effort to increase membership of home-based businesses and short-term rentals. Wayne Lyle, president of the chamber, highlighted projects for 2026 along with expanded marketing in large part due to a grant from Whatcom County Lodging Tax fund.
