Congratulations to a Point graduate

Jack Procter, who grew up in Point Roberts, has graduated from Washington State University with a 4.0 GPA. Procter attended Point Roberts Primary School and later attended Sacred Heart and Vancouver College. In the fall Procter will return to WSU to play a final season of football for the Cougars and to complete his second undergraduate degree before planning to continue education and pursue a Ph.D. This spring, Procter received the Beulah Blankenship Award, presented annually to WSU’s Outstanding Male Student-Athlete of the Year.

“Jack credits his upbringing in Point Roberts and the support of the community for helping shape his work ethic, perseverance and commitment to excellence both on the field and in the classroom,” Procter’s parents, Richard and Sandra Procter, said in an email.
