Over the past two years, our community has suffered tremendously and disproportionately beyond almost all other areas of our shared countries. Our reliance on a stable border and the expectation of common-sense approaches from our leaders during such a time, was met with challenges. I think it is safe to say that we all found out how strong we could be and in other ways how much we needed others. We came together during this pandemic as a community and took care of each other in ways that many of us could never have imagined.
We never know what positive impact we may have on another just by simply offering a smile, a wave, or maybe saying hello. Letting someone know that they are seen and that they have importance may be just what they needed to have a better day. It doesn’t cost anything
