Library begins limited opening

Posted

We are in Phase 2 at last! Feel free to return your library items in the outside book drop, or the indoor drop in the Express Library room (scanning your library card to open the door).

Tomorrow we'll be calling patrons who have holds waiting, which can also be picked up in the Library Express room, and checked out there. Should you wish curbside pick-up during open hours, just call ahead and we will bring them out in a paper bag and place them in your trunk.

Requests for across the border residents will be held until it is safe for them to freely cross and return.

If you wish a grab bag of say, mysteries, audio books, dvds, magazines, etc., call and we will do our best to find a great selection for you.

Call 360/945 0965 during open hours: Tuesday 1-7 p.m., Wednesdays and Saturdays 10-5 p.m. The Library Express room is open daily from 6 a.m. to 11 p.m.

As soon as Phase 3 begins, the doors to the library proper will open to the public with safe social distancing, handy hand sanitizers, etc., perhaps as soon as June 29. Meantime, please be patient, calm and kind to one another.
