The third annual Rory’s Ride, held in memory of Rory Munro, went off without a hitch on August 10 despite some last-minute concerns with the chipseal program currently underway in Point Roberts. The casual bike race raised over $11,000 for the Nancy Chan Palliative Care Center in Vancouver.
