Whidbey Telecom is calling out for local artists to vie for the cover of the 2016-2017 telephone directory.
The deadline for submissions to the annual art contest is July 15, and works are being solicited in any visual medium including photography, watercolors, oil, charcoal, pencil, pastel or mixed media. The winner of the contest will receive $500 and be featured on the cover of the 15,000 copies of the Whidbey Telecom directory.
