In the last issue of the All Point Bulletin we celebrated the class of 2016, the latest crop of high school graduates from the Point. Unfortunately we missed Katherine Letherby, who chose to complete high school from home and wasn’t on our radar. We are correcting that omission here.
With so many educational pathways opening up for the youth of Point Roberts, we really can’t rely on a list of grads from the Blaine school district anymore, and we need help from the community to make sure every student gets the recognition they deserve.
In addition, there is so much more to celebrate as these young people continue to pursue their educations and careers! If you know of a student who is graduating this year, whether from high school, college or continuing education, please send it to editor@allpointbulletin.com so we can help celebrate their accomplishments.
