Sing and Shine program

Sydney Morris leads children in song during Sing and Shine, a free weekly music, story and craft program held Tuesdays at 4 p.m. at the Trinity Community Lutheran Church on APA road. The program typically draws about eight children, most under age 7, who learn a mix of secular and faith-based songs. AmandaLyn Wayland, parents and volunteers will continue the program after Morris steps down. The children's choir performs during worship services whenever Morris leads, including Aug. 2 and Sept. 20, and is also scheduled to sing at Jazz Vespers on Aug. 30 at 4 p.m. Children of all ages are welcome to participate.
