Late last year, sections of the Seabright stairs fell down after parts of the slope gave way. The stairs provided public beach access to Lily Point, and were constructed as a result of a public easement granted as part of the development’s conditional use permit. Under that easement, the homeowner’s association is responsible for the maintenance and repair of the stairs as well as the public paths that ring the development.
PRCAC seeks to understand the public’s opinion regarding the stairs and their rebuilding or replacement. Please give us your thoughts on this short survey by April 15. Link: bit.ly/43uWJjF.
