Charlene Patricia Radies (Hughes)
July 28, 1961 – March 10, 2015
It is with great sadness we announce Charlene’s passing. She passed away peacefully, Tuesday, March 10, 2015, at her home in Tsawwassen, B.C., after a courageous two-year battle with cancer. She is survived by her loving husband Bruce Hughes, her two children Nahanni and Quinn Lattimer and parents Ernie and Gail Radies. She also leaves behind many wonderful, loving family and friends.
Charlene was born in Vancouver, B.C., July 28, 1961. She was a force of nature and her free spirit and loving heart touched so many people. She had boundless creative energy, loved to entertain, and was talented in so many ways. Point Roberts was her second home and she dearly loved its people and places, especially the beaches and Lily Point.
Charlene loved life and was truly grateful for the many experiences and opportunities she had and shared with others. She will be dearly missed. Our family would like to thank the many people who cared for Charlene.
A celebration of Charlene’s life was held on Friday, March 20 at the Beach Grove Golf Club, Tsawwassen.
