Wednesday, January 7: Spaghetti and meat sauce, chef’s vegetables, garden salad, breadstick and fruit.

Friday, January 9: Sole almandine, wild rice pilaf, baby carrots, garden salad and raspberry sherbet.

Wednesday, January 14: Barbeque chicken, roasted potatoes, broccoli florets, kale and cabbage slaw and grapes.

Friday, January 16: Beef stroganoff over noodles, broccoli florets, garden salad and fruit.

Wednesday, January 21: Grilled pastrami on rye bread, vegetable lentil soup, garden salad and sliced apples.

Friday, January 23: Pork chops with roasted potatoes, vegetables, garden salad and fruit.

Wednesday, January 28: Swedish meatballs, mashed potatoes, green beans, garden salad and fruit.

Friday, January 30: Denver omelets, roasted potatoes, vegetables, garden salad and fruit and yogurt.
